Tracy’s Story

Tracy Molendi started her Real Estate Staging Business in 2004. 

Since that time she has helped thousands of home owners, realtors, investors and builders get their properties PREPARED, STAGED and SOLD.

Her staging company, Simply Organized & Staged (S.O.S.), provides efficient, expert solutions for anyone looking to get their properties ready for market, staged and sold.

S.O.S. is a family owned and run business.

When Tracy started her staging business, she had support and help from her husband, Steve, and their children, Zack and Samantha.   After many years of helping after hours and on weekends, Steve came on full time in 2012 to run the logistics, project management and the updates.  Samantha works for the company as well when she is not busy with her work as a TV producer.  And, of course, Zack has put in many hours helping in the business and even takes time now as an engineer to help when needed.

After being in business for over a decade, Simply Organized & Staged has grown to the largest, Premier Staging Company in the area.  Our almost ten thousand square foot warehouse full of furniture, art and decor, a team of Stagers, movers and painters, S.O.S. provides a full service, stress free experience with a proven track record of success.

Tracy is a Certified Home Staging Expert (CHSE), RESA-Pro, a Staging Mentor,  a leader in RESA, the national staging trade association.

She is a coauthor of the staging book, Home Staging The Power That Sells Real Estate, and is the creator of the educational program, Professionally Presented Properties, which teaches both Realtors and sellers how to increase their profits and shorten their time on market through the use of staging as a Marketing Tool!

Tracy was recently named one of the 2018 Top One Hundred Most Influential Stagers!
